| Sending Your Parts to
Nu-Chrome

- The first step in processing your order involves
you sending your parts to us for inspection and pricing. Most people have
been satisfied using UPS. UPS will now handle large packages like bumpers,
and grills.

FOR UPS TO PICK UP YOUR PARTS, AT NO COST TO YOU. *(continental

UPS delivers and picks at Nu-Chrome, daily. Most parcels arrive at Nu-Chrome
within 2-3 days of shipment.

- In addition, you are welcome to drop your parts
off at one to the many car shows that Nu-Chrome attends. We have listed this
year's projected Car Shows schedule on our
"Shows" page. A Nu-Chrome representative will inspect and price your
parts at any car show and take them back with him.

- Many customers, within a 4 hour drive, prefer
to drop off their parts. By doing this you can avoid shipping and handling costs and more importantly get an opportunity to visit our facility and
meet with the people that will be processing your order. Driving instructions
are provided on our "Directions" page.

| Inspection and
Pricing |
- Upon receipt of your parts we will inspect,
photograph, and price each piece individually. We encourage our customers to
include a list of parts and any processing instruction along
with your
name, address, and telephone number.

- The price that we give is a firm price quote,
you will not be asked for additional charges.

| Customer Approval/ Job
Completion Time Estimate |
- Upon receipt of your parts we
will call you with pricing. At that time we we also give you a estimate as
to how long it will take to complete our job. If you need your job expedited, we
can discuss this at that time. We do offer a fast track
service option.

Nu-Chrome requires a 50% deposit on orders before
production can start. Deposits can be made by personnel check, bank check, cash
or credit card.

- Balances must be paid by Cash, Money
Order, Certified Check or Credit Card. Personal Checks are acceptable
provided they are received and cleared, prior to the shipment of the order.

| Order Control |
- As mentioned, above all jobs are photographed
upon receipt. When the job is entered into production, a job number is assigned.
That job number is recorded on the photograph as well as inscribed (in an
inconspicuous area) on each of your parts. As parts are completed they are
inspected, checked off the photo, and wrapped.

| Guarantees |
- Nu-Chrome guarantees its work for a period
of one year after completion of your job. In the event of a problem call us
immediately.
