The first step in processing your order involves you sending your parts to us for inspection and pricing. Most people have been satisfied using UPS. UPS will now handle large packages like bumpers, and grilles.

Our current shipping address and telephone number can be found on our contact page.

If you package your parts for shipment and notify us of the number of packages, and the weight of each package, we will issue a call tag for UPS to pick up your parts, at no cost to you.

We encourage our customers to include a list of parts and any processing instruction along with your name, address, and telephone number.

UPS delivers and picks at Nu-Chrome daily. Most parcels arrive at Nu-Chrome within 2-3 days of shipment.

Many customers within a 4 hour drive prefer to drop off their parts. By doing this, you can avoid shipping and handling costs, and more importantly get an opportunity to visit our facility and meet with the people that will be processing your order.

Initial Part Inspection, Project Pricing, & Timeframe Estimates

Upon receipt of your parts, we will inspect, photograph, and price each piece individually. At that time, we will contact you to discuss pricing and give you an estimate as to how long it will take to complete the job.

If you need your job expedited, we can discuss this at that time, as we do offer a fast track service option.

The price that we give is a firm price quote, you will not be asked for additional charges.

Nu-Chrome requires a 50% deposit on orders before production can start. Deposits can be made by personal check, bank check, cash, or credit card (Visa & MasterCard).

Balances must be paid by cash, money order, certified check, or credit card (Visa & MasterCard). Personal checks are acceptable provided they are received and cleared, prior to the shipment of the order.

As mentioned above, all jobs are photographed upon receipt. When the job is entered into production, a job number is assigned. That job number is recorded on the photograph as well as inscribed (in an inconspicuous area) on each of your parts. As parts are completed, they are inspected, checked off the photo, and wrapped.

Payment for completed jobs that are shipped C.O.D. must be in the form of a bank check or money order. This requires that a person be present at the shipping address to sign and receive the shipment. Many customers prefer to prepay their balance with a personal check or credit card, prior to shipment, to avoid the C.O.D. charge and inconvenience of obtaining a bank check or money order.

We carefully package & insure all parts shipped so as to avoid damage. Nu-Chrome guarantees its work for a period of one year after completion of your job. In the event of a problem call us immediately.
